After School Services

An after-school activity is an organized program which invites children to participate outside of the traditional school day. In Tenderville, our After school activities hold inside and outside our building. These activities aid children in developing leadership skills and they are better able to deal with adults. It has also been proved that children who go through properly organised After school activities turn out more successful later in life.

MATHS HOUR

Maths is the study of numbers, shapes and space using reason and usually a special system of symbols and rules for organizing them Learn about amazing numbers that are so big it’s hard to even understand them. Find facts about the golden ratio, pi, geometry, prime numbers and much more. Read on and have fun learning about maths!

ARTS & CRAFT

Arts and crafts for kids are fun for children and the young-at-heart! These art & craft activities cover a wide range of subjects for young artists, future artisanal book makers, potential puppeteers, and more. These aren't just arts and crafts for kids; they're fun for the whole family too! Our selection of art projects for kids, DIY activities, and decoration ideas also provides excellent inspiration for craft ideas for kids. Try some of these activities with your children, and have fun with crafts for kids to make.

LITERACY HOUR

Twenty minutes of the lesson is for independent work where pupils apply their literacy skills in meaningful tasks individually, in pairs or in groups. The teacher works with small groups to improve specific skills through guided reading or writing.
